Warranty Information
All jewelry products, including custom designs, come with a 30 day limited warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days after receipt of your goods, at our discretion, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. After that time period, we will be happy to repair items for a small fee based on materials, labor and shipping.
Please note that Jennifer Leitzes jewelry is handmade with precious and semi-precious gemstones, leather, and pearls. These materials are delicate and need to be cared for. Please remove all jewelry when bathing and styling and to put your jewelry on last when dressing. Soaps, oils and alcohol can cause damage to these materials and we will not warranty this type of damage.
Jewelry Care
Metals, especially silver, will oxidize over time. There are many jewelry cleaners and cloths available to clean
your pieces. We recommend double layer polishing cloths. The inner cloth has a built-in cleaner to remove tarnish, and the
outer layer is best for gentler polishing. Whatever cleaner you choose, please read all instructions
prior to use as some items can only withstand the most gentle of cleaning (like pearls). If you are unsure about any of this,
we recommend taking your jewelry to a cleaning professional. We are not responsible
for any items damaged during the
cleaning of your jewelry.
